This place is absolutely beautiful! Always decorated, clean, and feels homey! The service is awesome! If you need something all you need to do is call, the owners give you their cell numbers! They are new and have been there a few years. They really turned the place around for the better! Any issues, call, they will be taken care of! They check on everyone all the time and make sure everyone is ok. They do room checks and pest control once a month! They will also work with you and try to help you do better in life when you are struggling. They will give you a chance if you are willing to help yourself. As I am reading some of the other reviews, people are just ignorant. If you pay your rent, keep your place clean, don’t cause problems, and follow the guidelines in the contract that you receive in the beginning, there’s no issues. I’m sure some of them didn’t do those things. I would recommend this place in a heart beat! It’s also close to all the needs you may have. Restaurants, goodwill, family dollar, Walgreens, vet, food lion, etc. Good location for sure!
New owners, our room was clean and had new appliances. New owners gave us cell numbers and told us to call if we needed anything. Will be staying again when in the area. The blonde haired lady at the desk was a pleasure to speak with.
This place is absolutely amazing and well worth the money. The landlords are extremely caring and friendly and does any and everything to help you move forward and do better with your life. I'm a recovering drug addict and life is hard and expensive.. this is the cheapest place to go in the valley. I'm now in an absolutely BEAUTIFUL 2 bedroom apartment that THESE PEOPLE PUT ME IN because they knew I was working on getting my daughters . They're honestly one of the biggest blessings I've had in this life time. I don't know where I would be if I hadn't met them. Literally love them !
How fortunate to find such a great place to hang my hat! Comfortable furnished room, freshly updated with AC, microwave, full-size refrigerator and new bathroom fixtures. You'll get a friendly wave when you see the owners out and about doing upkeep around the property and you'll feel welcome and right at home.
